My LED Lights Won't Turn On!

Ugh, these is so frustrating! I have my LED lights to work, but they just won't power on. I've verified the fixtures - they seem fine. Maybe the wall switch is {the{ problem? I haven't remember what else to do! Any ideas would be much appreciated!
